Here's my stupid mistake. (although it was really all my hubby's fault!!) I had a copy of the application for my district that I had been writing on and whiting-out. I had decided to just type up another copy of the application and have my answers typed in. Well, in an effort to be helpful my husband volunteered to drop off the application at the district office for me. He accidentally picked up the first application that had been whited out and scribbled up with notes!!!!! Thankfully, the secretary called me and said "I don't think you want Mr. So and So to see this application."
