You can get through it

I don't know what happened today. I do know that I have days at school and personally where it all seemed too difficult to deal with. There are days when you count the minutes until they are over, when crying is all you can do.

But you get up each day and try your best. This may seem like a cliche, but try to find something, anything, that was good that day. Sometimes it is something very small, maybe you drove to school safely.

When things seem to be too much for you, reach out to others, either in person or here on-line.
