gathered from my student teaching was that my coop wanted me to take LOTS of initiative. I am fairly quiet and didn't want to "barge in" or step on my CT's toes, so we sort of clashed that way. Make an extra effort to help out with things that nobody has mentioned to you, such as a sports team or 3, or an open house, or organizing a carnival. It will make you appear responsible and active. Just find that balance; ask for opinions and ideas, don't just take over. There seems to be a fine line.
