Classroom tips
By Josh

Clip to ScrapBook
Well I think being in the classroom one day a week is hard! Children will have a hard time getting to know you. I think what you needed to do was introduce yourself to the class on the first day and go over your classroom rules. Ask students what they think you might expect from them. Then write it on chart paper and post it in the classroom. Every week hang the poster where students can see it. This will reinforce your rules. Students will learn to respect you if you set expectations for them, besides you may have a different opinion on your classroom rules compared to the teacher you are working with. Good luck !!
