It depends on the grade level. For younger students (prek-1) I can be extremely lenient. They're just getting used to this school stuff. But for older grades, (particularly 4+), I'll usually include putting the name on their paper in my rubrics. They'll only lose a couple points for not having their name on their paper, but eventually they'll learn that those few points add up.
