It really isn't a good idea to keep on in a job that affects you so negatively. Can you get a transfer? I've had to work with someone, "team" teaching in her classroom (I do special reading) and she would attempt to correct me. She had that "gotcha!" attitude. I worked to change my situation, backing out of the classroom and doing small reading groups in my own room. That may not be an option for you, but look into other positions or even other schools. It won't take very long in a job like that to really drag the rest of your life downward.
