Parent survey
By Cheryl

Clip to ScrapBook
I send a survey at the end of the year that is very easy - I have a space for Highs (Things they liked about the year), Lows (things they didn't like or at least weren't favorites) and Wishes (What was something they wished had taken place, been taught, etc.)
I ask the parents to sit down with their child and fill it out together. It can be very telling.
