I found great activites on enchantedlearning.com. My class and I also enjoyed building out own canapy in our classroom library. The children used the layers in their discussion as we built and we talked about what animal we needed to include and where they would live inside the layers of the canapy. THey built their animals in centers and wrote about what the animal would eat and how it moved. I had many rainforest books available from the library and websites up on the computers.
