Once your word wall is pretty much up - this might be a good end of the year review. For early finishers - Make word lists. Ex: Make a list of all the words with a short a sound, one/two syllable words, compound words, nouns (people, places, thing), verbs, adjectives, long vowels, other sounds, find rhyming words, word families, etc. Hope this helps.
