As a career changer, I also put in a table that was 4x3 and listed bullets for things like: time management, conflict resolution, etc. I had it under a short summary something like " life and classroom experience include the following." Your 16 hours count, and any papers, lesson plans you did for classes, etc.

There's a couple good resume books at amazon.com, just keep in mind that teaching resumes are always a work in progress!
