Something signed by all of the kids... like a framed class picture with matting around it that was signed by all the kids. I student taught 6 years ago & barely remember those kids...

Homemade cards are nice, but give them to her in a binder so that they are all together & she can save them all (loose cards tend to be tossed after awhile)

Maybe a "teacher bag" with all the kids signatures on it with a fabric pen. Filled with some teacher goodies (chocolate, red pens, stickers, etc).

Just some ideas!
