I am at a private school right now also, and have been there for just one year. I will not be coming back next year. I have been interviewing and filling out applications and with that question I put, "relocating". I am wanting to relocate from the S side of the city to the N side. My real reasons for leaving are that their curriculum is not DAP, the pay is low, and there is a lot of inter-office politics. I can't put that though. I have also thought about putting something about looking for opportunities for growth and professional development...because the school I'm at dosn't have or do anything. I'm not sure. Good luck.
