one more thing

As a teacher, I spend a lot of time writing my sub plans out. Other teachers are probably not as organized as me. The thing I dislike the most is when the substitute does not do the lessons on my plan. I usually spend an hour and a half to two hours prepping for the day. So, when I come back I expect that most of it should be done. I agree with everything Ms.P wrote, but please try to do what the teacher had planned. It is fun to add extras if there is time afterwards. I know the students in the class look forward to that. My daughter especially loves when the substitues play new games they have not done before at the end of the day. She played "heads up seven up" the other day. That game cracks me up.
