You are right...but

I get weary of needing to remind other professionals about common sense things, like being on time. I feel it puts me in the role of supervisor to bring up these things. I think the one person just likes to be passive though. She doesn't bring a whistle to duty, but just waltzes around, letting me control things. I once asked her to do that telling her that my voice was sore, and she still didn't!
Perhaps it is simply a situation where I'm a more structured teacher and she's laid back. Perhaps we need to match teaching styles when assigning duty.
