a licensed teacher who has subbed what seems like forever. Now if school systems would insist that subs be highly trained - rather than just hiring someone off the street who hasn't got a clue - then some of these things wouldn't happen! But to save money they want a high school grad - who has never been in a classroom teaching to sub - just to save money. You get what you pay for!
