Newbie, you should give yourself a break. You are doing a great job--I can tell by the things you post. By now, you know that we constantly reflect and revise. If we ever think we have it down perfectly, we probably don't.

I have been thinking that you maybe even need a different handle--you don't sound like such a "newbie" to me. :-) You sound like a vet.
