I've done both jobs

As someone who was an administrative assistant before I became a teacher I know that most secretaries/assistants do an incredible amount of work with very little appreciation. I don't think it is too much to give them a card and flowers or a gift once a year. If our secretaries didn't do their jobs well there is no way I could do mine well.Rose
