I know it's hard to hear these things. I work in a school where lots of stuff goes on that is not right. I don't know what these "parents" are thinking. It does make me really sad sometimes.As for confidential info.- We don't know names, places, or anything else. All she did is tell her story. She could be anyone in the world. She gave no confidential details. She needed a kind ear, not a reprimand.
