I'm right where you are

I need a full-time teaching job - and so far, that isn't happening. I don't know if I can do another year of subbing when I really want to have my own classroom. Plus, I just learned that next year our district is cutting out collegial planning days to save on their sub budget. These days are the main reason I've stayed so busy this year. I was just telling my husband that maybe I should look for a nice little office job. That prospect doesn't really thrill me either.
