I agree with receiving feedback

I agree with receiving feedback from someone, administrator or teacher. I feel the same way, I don't know if I handled a situation the best possible way but I try to use my best judgement. I don't know if something I'm doing is good or bad and I'll keep doing it unless I hear otherwise. I sub for two districts and get the same assignments several times and it would be nice to get some feedback.
