Union?

Are you a part of a union? If so, this is completely against your rights. Your contract may state what time you are to be present, but that does not mean that children should be in your classroom. If school starts at 9:25 that's when the kids are to come to your room. I would talk to others in your building. In our school, the students wait in designated areas and are supervised by members of the staff (rotating schedule).
