I like many of the incentives already given. I also think maybe, depending on your school rules, and students, having a student go to a lower grade and help out in the room for a day or certain amount of time. Another thing might be to be a teacher's helper for the day. A friend of mine gives pizza parties for students who receive "A's", or however you do it for your program, throughout the trimester. She also has snack shack passes as a reward. Another thing she does for specials, is if her students get 15/15, then they get a 10-minute break at the end of the day. Oh, and my friend also said that some of the other fourth grade teachers have lunch with the teacher as a reward. She personally does not do it, but others do. Hope this helps!
