The hardest part if you aren't comfortable with writing is modeling it on the overhead. I would suggest you prewrite the piece you are going to model and basically stick to that plan.

One of the best lessons I did at the beginning of the year was to model what it looks like to draft. The kids were hilarious. I asked what they saw and they said "you wrote sloppy, and fast, made mistakes, etc." Then, I set the timer for them to draft and they all dug in and poured out some amazing drafts. Writing is all about modeling it. It doesn't magically come to them.
