An art project that my students complete while we are studying Ancient Rome are Roman mosaics. They receive a large piece of paper, in which they draw a picture on first. Next, they begin cutting out small pieces of paper from magazines or catalogs to paste onto their drawing. My students really enjoy creating their masterpiece.
