    If you are in K, then don't wear skirts because you will be spending time on the floor with the children. Make sure skirts are knee to ankle length also.

    I don't see a problem with khaki pants. I used to wear them all the time with turtleneck and it looked fine. I also wore black pants too.

    Make sure your shirts are long enough. This is one thing I always had to make sure of, which is hard since many shirts are not made long enough it seems. You don't want your belly or back being exposed to anyone.

    As for shoes, I used to wear black platforms or clogs. With skirts, I would tend to wear clogs. Don't wear open-toed shoes unless its allowed.

    Try and wear black dress socks with pants, not white athletic socks also.
