I am a second year teacher as well and I am feeling the same way you are. I have decided that I feel overwhelmed because I have grown so much as a teacher. I now have a better sense of where my kids should be and what I need to do to get them there ! From reading your post it sounds like your in the same place. My advice . . . start writing (if you don't already) ideas for next year.
