Working it Out

I did have the heart to heart talk with my aide. I have been going through this for the last 3 years. For some reason she thinks she knows more then I do when it comes to these children. But in all reality she knows nothing because all she wants to do is play with them (they are between the ages of 10-14 years old). She refuses to do anything I ask of her so I've just finally have given up and plan to seek employment elsewhere.
