We have very old science textbooks, published in 1987! The information is okay, not great. The format is strange and since it's so old many of the original supplemental materials are missing. I end up supplementing to met the state standards. We've looked at others but they don't seem any better than what we have. The tests that go with them are horrible and don't provide a good assessment of content knowledge. I end up writing my own tests and worksheets most of the time.
