Improperly Dressed
By Cindy

Clip to ScrapBook
I think it is the cooperating teacher and student teaching advisor's responsibilty to tell these student teachers that their clothing is inappropriate. My question is why aren't any of the co-ops doing this? Co-ops have an obligation to critique, which includes non-teaching things such as attendance, dress, and attitude, so if something is wrong the co-op should discuss it with the student teacher. Now those student teachers are probably feeling akward about being at the school, etc. I just don't feel thats its the right message to be giving to student teachers, but I also wonder why they don't realize themselves that their clothes are inappropriate. That was always something I made sure was correct.
