KimberlySoCa luckily teaches a classroom of only ten fourth graders. She has a difficult time controlling thier talking when trying to teach a lesson.

I hope the rules are posted and if so while they talk out when not appropriate just point queitly with your yard stick at the rule that says "raise your hand" and make circles around it until they notice you. Just stand quietly and circle it they'll get the point. My proffessor at UNLV points to the board when conversations go on forever and he just stands quietly and circles the objectives for the day. He might even clear his throat a little to get our attention.
