OMG TELL ME ABOUT IT!!!! It's $5 per copy at my college for official transcripts plus you have to add in the expenses of stamps, resume paper, printer ink, envelopes, copying...it's insanity!!! I've often thought about how there must be an easier way. A lot of districts are going to online applications, hurray!! I've even seen some where you can scan in your reference letters , etc so you don't have to mail as much stuff. Ifg they don't ask for OFFICIAL transcripts then only sent student copies because its not worth the money.
