I would send it either this month or next, but no later. Basically as soon as you can. Try opening the e-mail on a different computer if you can, if not then wait until after spring break. I seriously doubt that all the positions would be filled by the end of next week. We were given until today to let our director know if we would be returning to camp this summer, so they will probably start looking for counselors soon. Look in the classifieds, the JCC usually posts want ads in there.
