"Your Crazy Parent Problem"
By b

Clip to ScrapBook
I am not a teacher at a public school, however, I do teach. I'm guessing you already had your meeting with the parent. My advise is that you do indeed have union representation if you feel that it is warranted; however, I stongly diagree that you should "meet this head on". What this woman wants is a confrontation. Do not give it to her. Kill her with kindness with only straight, truthfull, SHORT answers. I agree with the other person who said that this child should no longer be in your classroom. Perhaps she could be put in with a teacher she is extremely fond of, if there is one who will have her. If you are a praying teacher, pray for yourself, this student and her mother (and maybe your spineless principal).
