I think you should do what you can to get through the year. I know it's a lot of pressure and stress right now, but there is an end! I stay late and take home a lot of work too, but I try to set boundaries for myself. I try
not to bring things home at least 1 night a week (if possible 2). This may mean going in a bit earlier the next morning or trying to get a lot more done in a short amount of time, but I need to do that for myself.

I work to live not live to work.

Try to relax on the weekends (aside from when you go in for that time on Saturdays). If you have any days off or breaks coming up, make

the most of it. Leave your things at school. I'll admit that there are times I may not be as prepared as I'd like to be for a math or reading lesson, but I make it through, and my students don't notice. Of course I don't do it often, but there are times that I have to do that. It doesn't make me a bad teacher.

Good luck and remember there is an end to the school year. Hold out a little longer!
