I think you named some great references. You might include 4 references. In case the day care director doesn't remember you well, a mom that you've babysat for (often) would also work as an employer. The others you named would be great references for you.Be sure to visit the day care center and ask to speak to the director and/or the lead teacher you worked with. See if either or both would write a letter of reference for you. If they honestly can't remember you well, then rely on a babysitting mom. Good luck!
