Drunk teacher and principal

I am a first year teacher and I am afraid that this evaluation will prevent me from being hired next year. I am so over it! I know that I am a good teacher and I work very hard. This weekend, my school had a retreat. One of the teachers that has been gossiping about me became very drunk and started talking down to me. The vice principal was right there and did not say a thing! There was even more that was said, but we do not have that much time.I am just so frustrated that these unprofessional people will be the reason for me not finding a good job next year. How can I recover from this evaluation? I have tried to fight it, but there is just too many politics in my area to get anything done. Any suggestions on how I can make myself look like a great teacher on interviews? I am afraid that this evaluation will be the death of me!!!
