letter people, too!

WOW! Didn't know there was anyone else out there using letter people! We have the same problem as you; right now 1/3 of all the letter people introduced so far have leaks & will need to be replaced for next year. I really don't understand/see the need for inflatable dolls other than an "hook". The series suggest that you keep them laying around the classroom all year, but we have had so many problems with that (too many to list but you can imagine, with having 26 of them laying about)that we simply blow them up, keep them around for the week, then hang them up from a clothesline along the wall.
