I just have to say one thing about being on Paxil or Zoloft. To the person who said get another profession. My passion is teaching, I love my students and I am very dedicated. Those of us who need Medication prescribed| by our doctors do not take it to get high or ease our hard day. Paxil truly saved my life. I was in a hole so low I didn't know where I was. If you have never been in my shoes do not judge me or those of us with real chemical imbalances. I would never have been able to get through college, my depression and anxiety were so severe. I have experienced. You would be very happy to have your child in my class. Although, right now I am not on medication my depression and anxiety fluctuate depending on the season and stress. I would never drink an alcohlic drink on the job because it is illegal. My job means too much to me.
