Connie,
I was asking for advice on whether or not my students and their families would be concerned if I lived with my beautiful and loving girlfriend of 3 years. Let me inform you, we plan on being married within two| years. We are committed just like any other couple. I am really hurt by your statements. I live with my significant other and we are not married yet. How can you possibly think we have an "immature convenience" of a relationship and implying that we do not respect ourselves? I am a grown man and you make it sound like I am some kind of child. Please think about how your comments are | |
going to come across to young couple living together and very much committed and very much mature, as well as in love. I am so offended by your post Connie. Please try to be more sensitive in the future. You sound much older than myself, however, not wise at all.
