What about having the kids who "get it" from this class or another 4th grade class come in to assist as you do problems? I have done this, and have also had 5th graders come back to help out. One-on-one help does wonders for the kids who are struggling. Also, could you give the ones who are getting it some sort of extension activity or alternate activity, so you could work more closely with the group that needs more help.
