French and Indian War

I am always attempting to instill cause and effect in my students' minds when we are studying history. One activity that I use to demonstrate the connection between the F&I War and the American Revolution is to create a simple accordian style cause and effect book. This accomplishes two things:
1 - identify and sequence the events
2 - help students understand that an effect also can serve as a subsequent cause.
