judging others
By mina

Clip to ScrapBook
Those who feel judge should remember that they chose to make it known that they medicate themselves to get through their teaching day. No one asked them. Yes, I would be concerned about a friend taking medications for anxiety
and depression. I would encourage them to find other ways to deal with it. Unfortunately, popping a pill is the EASY way to cope. What about exercise, diet restrictions, nutrition, etc.? Our culture is all about the easy way out. Of course, I would want my friend to seek help, but I would hope that a medication was used as a last resort and only after a neurological exam.
You
are very right about cyberspace promoting rudeness in anonymity. I apologize for being rude. I am vehement in my feelings about all this, but that is not an excuse for not "speaking" kindly.
