disorganized

For me it's not how the room looks but how easy it is to sub in a disorganized room. It's so hard when you have to search for teacher's editions, worksheets the teacher supposedly left, support materials to go with the activities. I even had a parent volunteer in one day who spent most of her time trying to track down from various piles things we were supposed to use that day.
