can they talk?

Can they be permitted to talk quietly in the hall? I don't know any adults who can walk through a hallway quiet! Maybe allowing them to stand next to who they want to and talk quietly will allow them to socialize, make it less of a hassle for you and let them get some energy out. It may even improve in class behavior. Worked great in my class!
