had an automated system (wish we did) but at one time we had one central caller - it was wonderful and so organized. Now they got rid of it a few years ago and each school does their own - total mess - 20 calls in one night or day - constant changes and just a mess - but they are just too stuck in their ways to change. Actually I think someone needs to tell the current superintendant and school board to make a change. I am sure it will cost less.
