Hey there. I am not quite sure what you currently use but I could always help you out, I love that kind of stuff. Buy your own webspace or get a free one from a cite like and build your own page from scratch. Don't pay for extra backgrounds when you can make your own or download a bazillion of them! I tell you the best thing I ever bought was "Web design for dummies" or something along those lines. Trust me the best 20 bucks I ever spent!
