In case anyone is currious, here is what I decided to do. I did not have time to pull together a full portfolio. So what I did was to have multiple copies of my resume, behavior management plan, and philosophy of teaching/education.| Then I had a copy of a unit I put together and a few other things. When I first arrived at the interview, I handed each interviewer a resume then as other things came up during the interview, I handed them the pages that were appropriate. They all thanked me at the end telling me how professional my presentation was. Sadly, I was not offered the job, but I was recommended | |
by the principal to interview for another position in the district....so we'll see how that one goes. I think I did the best with what I had and it seemed to work.
