advisor

Clip to ScrapBook
What a weird situation. Does she have a student teacher advisor? I remember doing my student teaching and it was all a very guided experience. The first week was just watching and helping out around the room. Then each
week I would take over one class with the lesson plans: first spelling, then reading, then writing, then math, etc.

I would meet with my master teacher at the beginning of the week and review my lesson plans (I had to type them and match the state goal to the lesson plan). At the end of the week I would debrief with my master teacher. Periodically, my advisor would meet with my master

teacher and observe when I taught lessons.

The process you are talking about seems very unplanned and unclear. Perhaps you can express a personality conflict and find out if you can ship this woman off to someone else.
