We have one copy machine designated for the teachers' use, and we must provide our own copy paper. If it's broken or out of toner (often), it's an interesting accomplishment to get a homework packet ready for the week.

I wonder if the parent who posted below would also like to start participating in creative, hands-on homework assignments. I could start making those up and insisting that the parent help the child and obtain all the necessary supplies and read the...oh wait. I still need the copier to send home instructions.
