I find it more interesting that a teacher is on the tenure committee and is in the position to act as a judge...we do not do it that way in my district and I can see why you feel very uncomfortable... I know I sure would be placed in that position. Just remain totally a professional. Don't make slams, just state the facts in an impartial professional manner. If the teacher comes back on you for anything tell him you're not at liberty to discuss what has happened in the committee and he should see the administrator. Good luck
